About Winter Workouts (11 week program)

Introducing the CGE 2023-2024 Winter Workouts! We are pleased to offer two distinct styles of workouts to cater to the needs of our participants. Families now have the flexibility to choose between one-day or two-day options for their convenience. Our comprehensive two-day workouts comprise of a conditioning session and a fielding session. Each player will have ample opportunities to enhance their skills through a diverse range of drills meticulously designed to facilitate growth and improvement. The primary objective of these workouts is to ensure the maintenance and development of essential skills, thereby minimizing any performance decline during the off-season. By participating in these sessions, players will be better equipped to face their upcoming little league seasons with confidence and preparedness. Listed below are the age-specific workouts that we will be offering:


12U-14U Schedule  (Available spots 13 per session)


Wednesday 6:15PM-7:30PM (Batting)

Thursday  7:00PM-8:00PM (Strength conditioning)

11U Schedule (SOLD OUT)

Tuesdays-5:45PM-6:45PM @ Conditioning

Wednesday  6:15PM-7:30PM  @ Fielding 

9U/10U Schedule (Available spots 13)
